Tamilnad Mercantile Bank (TMB) Limitedt held its 104th Annual General Meeting in Thoothukudi on Tuesday (July 14).
Addressing the meeting, K. Ramachandran, part-time chairman, said that despite global economic uncertainties and geopolitical challenges, the bank had delivered one of its strongest performances in recent years through methodical execution, astute risk management and customer centric growth.
He added that the bank had reported the highest-ever total business, record profitability and multidecadal best asset quality for the financial year 2025-2026.
At the meeting, TMB Ltd presented its performance highlights for the financial year 2025-2026, reporting one of the strongest years in the bank’s recent history, marked by record business growth, improved profitability and healthiest asset quality in nearly four decades.
