He alleged that repeated controversies over competitive exams reflected the Modi government's failure to protect the future of lakhs of students. Rahul said the allegations had surfaced just weeks after the NEET paper leak.

He claimed that a 100-page PDF related to the UGC-NET question paper-setting process was circulated before the exam even though such material was meant to remain with the National Testing Agency (NTA). According to him, around 90 questions in the sociology paper matched the contents of the document.

The Congress leader further alleged that the question paper was being sold for Rs 2.25 lakh in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Delhi and Rajasthan. He claimed the same network had also offered question papers for upcoming examinations, including CSIR-NET, HTET and ADA.

Accusing the Prime Minister Narendra Modi led Centre government of ignoring repeated examination scandals, Rahul said lakhs of students had spent years preparing for these tests but their hard work meant little to the Centre.

He also alleged that neither the Prime Minister nor the Union Education Minister could be expected to ensure accountability or deliver justice to students. Rahul said the only way to bring change was through the collective voice of students demanding reforms in the country's education system.
