Thiruvananthapuram International Airport has opened its newly expanded duty-free shop at the International Terminal (T2). A key highlight of the upgraded store is the introduction of Kerala’s first AI-powered customer assistance robot at a duty-free shop. The robot will assist passengers with product information, ongoing offers, and shopping guidance, making the retail experience more interactive and convenient.
