The latest Palworld update added over 70 new Pals for you to collect. Naturally, your gamer instinct will tell you to get the best ones first, which we all know are the Alphas. However, compared to the long list, there are only a handful of new Alpha Pals, many of which hide in the far corner of the Palpagos Islands. To reach them, you need to progress through a good chunk of the main story.
While we can’t catch them for you, we can make it easier to find them. Here are the locations of all new Alpha Pals in Palworld’s 1.0 update, along with their loot drops. Some of them even drop rare schematics that will help improve your arsenal.
Prixter Lux is an Electric/Ground hybrid Pal that can change your attack type to Electric and increase damage by 30%. To catch one, you need to visit the Sandstone Gate Isle at around (-1314,-612). Here’s what you can get after defeating Prixter Lux:
Dualith is one of the best multi-purpose Pals to get after the Palworld 1.0 update. Being a Ground/Grass hybrid grants it multiple high-level Work Suitability. To get one, head towards the Isle of Circular Ruins around (910,-99). Here’s what you can get after defeating a Dualith:
Dualith Noct is the alternate variant with an affinity towards Ground/Dark. Like the regular Dualith, it also excels at various work-related tasks, so getting either is fine. Pierdon is a Ground-type Pal that increases your damage against enemies afflicted with Muddy by 50%. When not fighting, it is a dedicated lumber that’ll help you collect firewood for winter. Tetroise spawns in the middle of the Dessicated Desert around (435,380). And if you’re wondering what a turtle is doing in the middle of the desert, so are we. That said, while working, it increases Work Suitability Level for all other Base Pals by +1. Defeating one has a chance to drop the following items:
Unlike its base Variant, Tetroise Primo spawns in a Dungeon in the Feybreak region, near (-1082,-1320). It’s a Neutral Pal that boosts equipment durability by 80% when in the team, which is quite handy for long-distance exploration. Here’s what you can get after defeating a Tetroise Primo:
