A new report has revealed the name of Andrade's ringside girl from AEW Dynamite this week. The update reveals that the girl is connected to the pro-wrestling world.
Apart from their in-ring skills, professional wrestlers are revered for the strength of their gimmicks. Andrade has always excelled at the in-ring part, no matter where he's wrestled, but over the past few months, El Idolo has developed his character work to such an extent that his current Real Latino Man gimmick is extremely over with the fans, despite him technically being a heel for the majority of it. Interestingly, the former NXT Champion, as part of this gimmick, can be seen going to the ringside and taking a selfie with a woman admirer.
On this week's Dynamite, Andrade defeated DCF's Jake Doyle and earned the opportunity to challenge Mark Davis for his National Title. As he normally does, El Idolo went to the ringside in the middle of the match and took a selfie with an admirer who, according to the latest edition of Fightful Debunkathon, was Indie wrestler Ava Everett.
Andrade's blockbuster return to AEW in October 2025 at Dynamite's Six-Year Anniversary episode was downplayed by him, who had triggered a non-compete clause with WWE that kept him off television until January this year. However, since his return, El Idolo has been a prominent feature on All Elite Wrestling programming, and one of his major goals has been to finally win the AEW World Championship.
The Mexican Luchador recently reiterated the same on Instagram when a fan asked if he would ever hold the top prize in Tony Khan's promotion. Andrade said that his goal is to win it. It seems the intentions are clear about going full throttle for the title one day.
As of today, the World Title picture holds the champion Kenny Omega and challenger Will Ospreay, and the duo is scheduled to collide for the championship at All In 2026 in Wembley, London, in August. It will be interesting to see if Andrade will get a title shot post-AEW's biggest event of the year.
