Ex-servicemen from various associations formed a Joint Action Committee (JAC) to bring their issues to the notice of the government. At a meeting held at Swatantra Samarayodhula Bhavan in Vijayawada on Sunday (July 19, 2026), leaders of the A.P. Ex-Servicemen Welfare Association, Andhra Pradesh Rashtra Maji Sainika Hakkula Porata Samithi, Ex-Sailors of the Indian Navy, and other associations discussed their concerns. The JAC will identify the problems, engage with various associations, and bring them to the attention of the concerned government departments, the ex-servicemen said.
