The Art Studio is a brand new purchasable room in GTA Online Mansions. This new room is necessary to start the new The Kortz Center Heist. It is also one of the most expensive rooms to purchase in the mansion, specifically because it starts one of the most lucrative heists in the game.

To purchase the Art Studio in GTA Online, you first have to head to the Prix Luxury Real Estate in-game website from your phone's browser. This website is for purchasing a Mansion and customizing it.

If you have a Mansion, you can simply head to the "renovate" section, then select the "additional rooms" to find the new studio room. The space will cost $4,700,000 as a base price, but it can go as low as $2,700,000 if you fully complete the Fine Arts Collector Program between June 18 and July 13, 2026.

If you were not able to complete the program fully but owned a mansion beforehand, you will still get a $1,000,000 discount, bringing the studio's price down to $3,700,000.

After you purchase the studio, you can enter your mansion and look for the "H" symbol near the studio's entrance. Once you enter, you will be greeted by Mr. Faber and Raf, who will debrief you about stealing artworks from the Kortz Center and replacing it with fake ones created by your in-mansion artist, Rae.

Once the cutscene ends, you will be tasked with scoping out the Kortz Center to find the primary and secondary artworks, along with all the infiltration and exit options. After that, the studio will become the base of operations, from where you can start the mandatory and optional heist prep missions before going to the finale.
