Baron Corbin is officially back, and in his first promo since returning to WWE, he made it clear that he is coming for it all. He singled out one specific superstar whom he intends to go for first.

Last week on SmackDown, the match between Trick Williams and Carmelo Hayes came to a crashing halt and an unfortunate, abrupt ending as The Lone Wolf Baron Corbin made his return to WWE almost two years after leaving and attacked them both. In doing so, Corbin not only returned, but apparently made it clear that he is the next in line for the United States Championship - the only singles title he has ever held in WWE.

In a pre-recorded promo tonight, Baron Corbin called out many of the superstars in the locker room, mocking them for pretending to be tough. He explicitly stated that he is going after Trick Williams, who is the first name on his list. He referred to Carmelo Hayes as "collateral damage".

It seems like Corbin is, in fact, the next in line for the United States Championship. It will be interesting to see how he does, although there is admittedly little hype around Corbin's return. It's something that several fans have known about for a while now, even as Corbin actively denied it on Twitter/X.

Either way, Trick Williams responded to Corbin, stating that he might think he's some big, bad wolf, but in reality, he is a big, "bald-headed b***h". He told Corbin that the only reason he is going after Trick Williams is that his United States Champion has more hair than Corbin does.

Credit where it's due, that was quite the roast. Williams has been on fire ever since debuting on SmackDown, and along with Oba Femi, has undeniably been the fastest-rising superstar in all of WWE this year.
