Belgium parted ways with head coach Rudi Garcia, the Royal Belgium Football Association (RBFA) announced on Monday.
Under the Italian, Belgium reached the quarterfinals of the FIFA World Cup, where it exited to eventual champion Spain.
Garcia was appointed as the Red Devils head coach in February 2025, and helped guide the team through a challenging period, securing UEFA Nations League A status and qualifying for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
“We sincerely thank Rudi Garcia and his staff for their dedication, professionalism and commitment over the past 18 months, and wish them every success in the future,” read a statement from RBFA.
