Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Jind on July 17, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has intensified its public outreach and mobilisation campaign across Haryana.
A series of meetings, workers’ conferences, public contact programmes, social media campaigns and interactions with trade and social organisations are being organised to ensure large-scale participation in the event.
BJP state media co-incharge Shamsher Kharak said the programme is not merely a government event but a public celebration of the vision of a ‘Viksit Haryana’ and ‘Viksit Bharat’.
“Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s association with Haryana has gone beyond politics and has been marked by an emotional connect as well as a strong focus on development. From the historic Rewari Sainik Samman Rally in 2013 to the launch of the country’s first hydrogen-powered train from Jind in 2026, every major milestone has helped strengthen Haryana’s identity on the national stage,” Kharak said.
