Washington Wizards star Anthony Davis has moved on from LA, after it was reported that he sold his house. The big man sold his house on Thursday for $32,000,000, officially cutting his ties with the city.
According to ESPN's Kalan Hooks, his home was originally listed for sale in August 2025 after he was traded to the Dallas Mavericks. It was initially listed at $39 million at Zillow, which is 28.7% above market value, and it was sold for 19.8% under.
The property, which has eight bedrooms, twelve bathrooms (eight full and four half), and many amenities, is situated in the Bel Air Crest neighborhood. That includes a movie theater, a tennis court, a barbershop, a home gym, an Olympic-sized pool, a batting cage and more.

Anthony Davis will become eligible to sign a contract extension on August 6. According to reports, the star player is qualified to sign a four-year, $275 million maximum contract extension. Davis is a star who has struggled with injuries, so that might be too much to give him, but according to Brett Siegel of ClutchPoints, his camp could demand that contract from the Wizards.
On Thursday's episode of the Game Over Podcast, Paul addressed that Davis' future will continue in Washington.
