A WWE Hall of Famer believes that a major change is coming that will affect the landscape of pro wrestling and other promotions.

Jim Ross, who was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2007, is considered to be one of the most experience pro wrestling minds today. He is signed to AEW right now, and is often seen expressing how the Jacksonville-based promotion has the potential to grow exponentially with time.

Speaking in a recent edition of Grilling JR, the Hall of Famer noted that the Stamford-based promotion could be keeping an eye on AEW talent to poach.

He added that no matter what happens, he could feel a change coming in the next few years:
