Elaborate arrangements are being made for the ‘Rythu Ashirvada Sabha’ to be addressed by Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy at Jagannadhapuram in Chintakani mandal of Khammam district on July 10.

The meeting was originally scheduled for June 30 but was postponed due to heavy rains.

A day ahead of the ‘Rythu Ashirvada Sabha’, a Rythu Mela will be organised at Jagannadhapuram on July 9.

The mela will showcase agri-tech innovations, crop diversification, organic farming and value addition to farm produce, among other sustainable farming practices, according to the organisers.

Collector Divakara T.S. on Wednesday reviewed the arrangements for both the events at Jagannadhapuram.
