Lamine Yamal’s girlfriend, Ines Garcia, shared what she wants from her boyfriend ahead of the FIFA World Cup semi-final clash between Spain and France.

The young winger turned 19 on Monday, July 13, but between him and La Roja’s journey to FIFA World Cup glory is France, who have established themselves among the favorites to win the tournament.

Last week, FIFA announced that Canadian rapper Justin Bieber, along with three other international artists, will co-headline the FIFA World Cup Final Halftime Show on July 19 at New York New Jersey Stadium.

After the football governing body made the announcement, Garcia posted a message directed at Yamal, urging him to do whatever it takes to help Spain reach the 2026 FIFA World Cup final.

In a now-disappeared Instagram story, the Seville-born influencer, who is a ‘Belieber’, reshared a graphic of Justin Bieber’s upcoming halftime show performance at the FIFA World Cup final. Over the image, she wrote in Spanish:

    In English, it translates to:

It is the first time in FIFA World Cup history that a tournament’s final will feature a halftime show. FIFA said the 11-minute performance at MetLife Stadium will support the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund, which aims to raise $100 million to improve access to education and football opportunities for children around the world.

Spain boss Luis de la Fuente believes Yamal’s best match at the 2026 World Cup is yet to come. While Spain have been one of the best teams in the tournament, Yamal has not been at his best, having scored just one goal so far.

Despite the winger’s struggles in front of goal, De la Fuente hopes the Barcelona prodigy delivers a masterclass against France or in the showpiece of the tournament.

Meanwhile, Yamal has expressed his readiness for the game against France, saying he is not bothered about his lack of goals.
