NHL fans on social media reacted as the Pittsburgh Penguins recently hired Brandon Pridham, who was recently fired as the AGM of the Maple Leafs.
Penguins GM Kyle Dubas continues to surround himself with familiar faces, bringing in Pridham as a hockey operations consultant. Pridham will step into the role previously held by Vukie Mpofu, who departed for the Nashville Predators.
The 52-year-old will oversee contract negotiations, salary cap management, planning responsibilities, and mentoring junior staff members in the Penguins’ front office. Pridham had been with the Maple Leafs for over a decade.
