To complete this huge list of requirements efficiently within EA FC 26, you cannot simply use a single lineup for every match. The dynamic math behind the challenges requires a smart phased approach to squad building. By combining specific nations, you will save hours of needless gameplay.
You will need to play 5 total matches in Squad Battles on Beginner or Semi-Pro difficulty. This specialized setup will allow you to clear out the objectives for Bosnia and Herzegovina + Czechia, Switzerland + Croatia, Norway + Belgium, and a portion of Austria + Scotland.
Your starting 11 should have three Norwegian players (one must be a primary striker), three Belgian players, one Bosnia and Herzegovina player, one Czech player, one Swiss midfielder or striker, one Croatian midfielder, and one Austrian player with good passing stats. Additionally, at least one player in this starting lineup must have a minimum of 88 Dribbling.

This phase requires another 5 matches in Squad Battles on Beginner or Semi-Pro difficulty. This lineup handles Türkiye + Sweden, Portugal + Netherlands, and the remaining tasks for the Austria + Scotland objective.
Your starting 11 requires four Portuguese players, four Dutch players, a Scottish player, one Türkish attacker, and one Swedish striker. Ensure you have one player with a minimum of 88 Shooting and one player with a minimum of 87 Passing.

This final phase takes six matches in Squad Battles on a minimum of World Class difficulty, or you can complete it in Live Events, Rivals, or Champions. You must strictly use the 4-4-2 formation to satisfy the criteria to complete the England + Spain objective.
You only need to finish five out of the available tasks for both Germany + France, and the rest of England + Spain. Your starting 11 requires six players from England, one German player, and four French players to fill out the squad.
The Europer Completionist will unlock automatically once you have completed all the above objectives and reward you with the magnificent 95-rated Gerd Müller Journey of Nations Icon card.

Unlocking this new special edition of the Gerd Müller card is absolutely worth the effort for any serious Ultimate Team player. I believe this card stands out as one of the most clinical strikers available in the game right now.
