The Enforcement Directorate has provisionally attached immovable properties worth about ₹158.37 crore in connection with its ongoing probe in the case of Rockland Hospitals Limited and others.

The ED initiated investigation based on a complaint filed by the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) before a special Delhi court under the Companies Act. “The investigation pertains to large-scale financial fraud involving systematic siphoning of funds from Rockland Hospitals Limited by its promoters,” it said on Wednesday (July 15, 2026).

According to the ED, the promoters of Rockland Hospitals Limited siphoned off funds from the company by generating fake implant invoices amounting to ₹76.03 crore using 71 companies and inflating construction costs of its hospital by ₹82.34 crore using its related entity, Somya Constructions Private Limited.

“The investigation further revealed that the accused used accommodation entry operators and shell entities to conceal the origin of the illicit funds and project them as untainted. The total proceeds of crime generated by the promoters using the above-mentioned modus operandi has been quantified at ₹158.37 crore,” it alleged.
