Acho also slammed Annemarie for involving their three children in the lawsuit. She has also requested legal and physical custody of their children.
Marcellus Wiley denied the allegations after he was released from Orange County Jail on a $1,000 bond. He said in an X post that his "highest priority" is to protect their children amid the legal drama.
Marcellus shares three children, Marcellus Jr. (10 years old), Ariya (seven years old) and Alivia (six years old), with his wife.
