A former WWE star might have spoiled her AEW return on social media during tonight's Redemption. Deonna Purrazzo is one of the most charismatic female stars in the Jacksonville-based promotion. Unfortunately, she hasn't been seen in AEW for over a year. The last time she wrestled on Dynamite was in February 2025. However, she has been a great asset on ROH.

The former WWE star has been the ROH Women's Pure Champion since December 2025. Throughout 2026, she has defeated multiple challengers. Unfortunately, she injured her leg last month during her match against Steph De Lander. Despite her mishap, she isn't forced to vacate her title. This indicates that the injury might not be as severe as thought.

Recently, during the ongoing Redemption pay-per-view, Deonna Purrazzo took to X and shared a two-word message, teasing her comeback. She might even return at tonight's Montreal event, making a huge statement.

The reigning ROH Women's Pure Champion's absence from All Elite Wrestling TV has raised a lot of questions. A few months ago, Tony Khan was asked about her future.

On a media call ahead of ROH Death Before Dishonor, the AEW President said that Deonna Purrazzo is extremely talented and is looking to bring her in soon.

It will be interesting to see if the reigning ROH Women's Pure Champion returns tonight at Redemption.
