Meanwhile, a few residents of Hebri town urged Mr. Jarkiholi to extend four-lane widening of NH 169A through the town. The highway is being widened to four lane from Malpe to Hebri. They said as the four-lane stretch ends at the beginning of the town, heavy traffic movement causes gridlock in Hebri Circle on a daily basis. Therefore, the four-lane should be extended from Kelapete till Police Quarters, they demanded.
