The Indian railways has regularised the Hisar–Tirupati weekly express by converting the erstwhile Hisar–Tirupati special into a permanent weekly express service to meet the passenger demand and strengthen direct rail links between northern and southern pilgrimage hubs.

    Train Number 14723 (Hisar–Tirupati Weekly Express) will run every Saturday starting July 25, 2026, departing Hisar at 14:10 hrs and arriving in Tirupati at 09:30 hrs on Monday.

    In return, Train Number 14724 (Tirupati–Hisar Weekly Express) will run every Monday starting July 27, 2026, leaving Tirupati at 23:10 hrs and arriving in Hisar at 22:40 hrs on Wednesday.

    The service provides critical connectivity across major junctions including Sadulpur, Loharu, Sikar, Jaipur, Sawai Madhopur, Kota, Ujjain, Bhopal, Itarsi, Nagpur, Balharshah, Warangal, Vijayawada, Nellore, and Renigunta, using a rake comprising 2 Second AC, 7 Third AC, 8 Sleeper Class, 4 General Second Class, and 2 Second Class cum Luggage Rake coaches.

    To clear extra passenger rushes on the eastern corridor, railway officials have also approved the extension of special train services between Shalimar and Cherlapalli for an additional eight trips. Train Number 08045 (Shalimar–Cherlapalli Weekly Special) will depart from Shalimar at 00:30 hrs on Fridays between August 7, 2026, and September 25, 2026, arriving at Duvvada at 17:08 hrs and reaching Cherlapalli at 04:30 hrs the next day.

    In return, Train Number 08046 leaves Cherlapalli at 06:55 hrs on Saturdays from August 8, 2026, to September 26, 2026, services Duvvada at 19:53 hrs, and pulls into Shalimar at 11:15 hrs the following day.
