World Tree Holy Water is a new resource in Palworld, used in multiple endgame crafting. A lot of Ancient Techlogies after level 60 require this resource, as the game pretty much assumes you're powerful enough to go and farm it from challenging foes. As the name suggests, the World Tree Holy Water drops from the new separate map, World Tree, which unlocks after completing the primary quest chain of the big new Whale boss.

This article lists the best World Tree Holy Water farming method in Palworld 1.0.

Before going into the farm, make sure to have the World Tree map unlocked. As mentioned earlier, you must go through the entire quest chain of the big Whale. Next, prepare a party that specializes in drop rate, combat, and collecting drops.

Blazehowl Noct and Katress are recommended for increased drops from neutral wild creatures when you defeat them. They will boost the drops of World Tree Holy Water from the enemies. Next, you can also have two Cave Bats in your party, so that they can collect the loot dropping from the enemies, including the Holy Water stacks.

Lastly, have one combat Pal to fight and easily defeat the wild creatures. Once you have a setup like this, teleport to any one waypoint within the World Tree map, and start defeating enemies.

You will also notice small statues of Teafant scattered around the World Tree, that grants a few stacks of World Tree Holy Water upon interacting with them.

Ancient Clinic, Ancient Farm, Ancient Hot Spring, and Ancient Pal Bed are among the technologies/structures that require World Tree Holy Water.
