The Haryana Government has provided another opportunity to eligible allottees of the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) to avail themselves of the benefits of the ‘Vivadon Se Samadhan Yojana 2026’. The last date for availing benefits under the scheme has been fixed as December 31.

Sharing information in this regard, an official spokesperson said that the public welfare scheme covers a total of 103 sectors and is expected to benefit around 5,085 allottees. Under the scheme, eligible allottees will receive significant rebates amounting to over Rs 770 crore. The scheme provides a one-time settlement of disputes related to plot enhancement charges and also offers a special opportunity to allottees who could not avail themselves of benefits under previous settlement schemes. The eligibility criteria have been expanded to include residential plot allottees, floor-wise registrations, group housing sites, institutional plots and industrial plots.

The spokesperson further stated that the entire process has been made digital and transparent. Eligible allottees can log in to the HSVP portal using their Plot ID and password to view the rebate amount applicable to them in real time. Those requiring assistance or additional information may contact their respective HSVP Estate Office or submit their requests online through the portal.

The spokesperson further stated that if any defaulting allottee fails to avail the benefits of the scheme within the stipulated period, strict legal action for resumption of the plot will be initiated in accordance with the applicable rules and legal provisions.

The spokesperson appealed to all eligible allottees, stating that the scheme presents a historic opportunity for the simple, speedy, and fair resolution of eligible cases. All beneficiaries have been urged to take advantage of the scheme well before the deadline and avoid any last-minute inconvenience.
