Josh Hokit is on quite a run in the UFC, and the undefeated star saw his stock rise further after defeating Derrick Lewis at UFC Freedom 250.

    The No. 5-ranked heavyweight has also started a war with Alex Pereira and has called out the Brazilian several times.

    Hokit is 10-0 in his MMA career, and some believe he could be on the verge of a title shot. While the former NFL player might have to win another fight before getting that crack at gold, he is willing to take a fight on short notice on one condition.

    The outspoken and controversial star was having a rant on X before a fan asked when he would fight next.

    Hokit fought in June, and normally, fighters take a few months off before returning to a gruelling fight camp to prepare for a bout.

    However, Hokit was keen on fighting in a week if it meant he would get a title shot:

    Alex Pereira has slammed UFC referee Herb Dean over his performance at UFC Freedom 250. The Brazilian was hit in the back of the head multiple times by Ciryl Gane, and he ended up losing the fight.

    Pereira has blamed Dean for not calling this out, and even asked the UFC to take action on the referee.
