India has been invited directly to the PUBG Mobile Nations Cup 2026, which will be played in Riyadh from November 3 to 8, 2026. A total of 32 teams from around the world will compete over six days for a huge prize pool of $1.32 million. 12 squads will be selected from the ENC Rankings, while six will be invited directly to the event. 14 teams will be chosen from the regional qualifiers.
The PUBG Mobile Nations Cup 2026 will be played in two phases; Group Stage and Grand Finals. 32 teams, seeded into four groups, will fight in a round-robin format in the Group Stage from November 3 to 5. The top four squads from each group will advance to the Grand Finals. The remaining 16 teams will be eliminated from the Nations Cup 2026.
The Grand Finals will be hosted from November 6 to 8, where 16 teams will battle in 18 matches for the title. All 32 teams participating in the event will receive a share of the prize pool. The Esports World Cup Foundation will host the inaugural edition of the Nations Cup, which will feature many mobile and PC games.
A total of six players and one coach have been selected for Team India. Here are the names of the players:
Nakul and LEGIT play for popular Indian organisation Team Soul. The club won the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2026 earlier this year. Ayogi is the coach of the team.
Spower recently lifted the Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) 2026 trophy while playing for GodLike Esports. He and his teammates have also secured a spot for the organisation in the PUBG Mobile World Cup (PMWC) 2026, scheduled in August in Paris this year.
AKOP plays for Team Orangutan, who competed in the PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2025. His gameplay has been impressive for a long time, and his team has also qualified for the upcoming PMWC 2026 after it performed well in the both the BGIS and BMPS this year.
Slug competes for Divine Gaming, who was the runner-up in the BMPS 2026. He was the MVP in the Grand Finals of the event after showcasing his outstanding gameplay. Pain is a member of Revenant XSpark.
Under the captaincy of Nakul, the squad will aim to earn a podium in the PUBG Mobile Nations Cup 2026. All six players have displayed their potential in the regional competitions.
