Public infrastructure facilities worth ₹1 crore funded by Deputy Chief Minister and Minister for Panchayat Raj & Rural Development K. Pawan Kalyan were completed in three tribal villages in Alluri Sitharama Raju (ASR) district on Sunday.

An official release said that the Deputy Chief Minister had sanctioned ₹1 crore for the civic amenities in Ballagaruvu, Koraparthi and Velagapadu villages in the district.

The works included anganwadi centers, drinking water provision and cement concrete roads undertaken with funds drawn from Viksit Bharat - Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission Grameen (VB-G RAM G).

On the occasion of completion of the works, Mr. Pawan Kalyan stated that the coalition government gave top priority to the comprehensive development of the tribal areas and would fulfill what all had been promised at the time of elections.
