Kolkata: With the IPO market reviving this month, the schedule of primary issues signal that the momentum is going to be sustained in August as well. There will be more than a dozen IPOs next month with companies such as hitting Dalal Street to mop up more than Rs 8,000 crore. Logistics platform Shiprocket and housing finance company Truhome Finance are also floating their IPOs. Investors will get an opportunity to bet on many new shares.

Zepto is the most talked about IPO coming next month. The company is planning to raise around Rs 8010 crore. It will also include a fresh share segment as well as an OFS (Offer For Sale) segment. Apart from this, Truhome Finance will bring an IPO of Rs 3,000 crore, while Shiprocket is preparing to raise around Rs 2,342 crore. Investors will keep track of the these big issues.

They will make August a busy month for public issues.

According to investment bankers, more and more companies are now coming forward to launch their IPOs. This has happened due to a revival of investor confidence in the primary market. SBI Funds Management set the revival with its Rs 9,812.91-crore issue being oversubscribed nearly 42 times. Bidding took place from July 14 to July 16 and the shares listing on the NSE and BSE on July 21. The companies that had been waiting for the market situation to improve for some time now are speeding up the process of raising capital.

So far in 2026, 36 companies have launched mainboard IPO. Out of these nine have hit the market in July. Apart from this issues like Manipal Health Enterprises, Juniper Green Energy and MV Electrosystems are also coming soon. It is clear that there is continuous activity in the primary market.
