Salman Khan’s latest outing in Mumbai have left his fans worried about the superstar’s health. Although the actor was present at an official function hosted by the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA), social media users focused far more on how he looked than on the event itself.

On Friday, Salman Khan visited the Slum Rehabilitation Authority headquarters to formally open the agency's newly established Data Collection and Verification Support Centre, which includes its upgraded IT server facility.

As part of the ceremony, the 60-year-old star also distributed keys to newly allotted homes among selected beneficiaries. Images and video clips from the occasion quickly circulated across social media platforms. However, instead of discussing the inauguration or the housing initiative, online attention largely centred on Salman's appearance.

One Instagram user noted his gaunt appearance and said that he looked “ill.” Another fan remarked, “My hero is getting old.”

Salman Khan was last seen making a special appearance as Jiva Mahala in Raja Shivaji. Directed by Riteish Deshmukh, the historical drama features an ensemble cast that includes Riteish, Genelia D'Souza, Abhishek Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt and Vidya Balan. The movie is currently streaming on Netflix.

Looking ahead, Salman is preparing for the release of Maatrubhumi: May War Rest In Peace, which was previously announced under the title Battle of Galwan. Helmed by Apoorva Lakhia, the upcoming film also stars Chitrangada Singh, Mukesh Rishi and Ankur Bhatia in prominent roles.
