Kerala Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan is scheduled to visit the Kollur Mookambika Temple in Byndoor Taluk of Udupi district.

According to his official tour programme, Mr. Satheesan will arrive on an Air India flight from Thiruvananthapuram to Mangaluru on Friday night. He will travel by road to Kollur and stay in a private hotel in the temple town.

On Saturday morning, Mr. Satheesan will offer prayers at the temple and leave by road for Mangaluru. He will fly from Mangaluru International Airport to Bengaluru and from there to Kochi, as there are no direct flights from Mangaluru to Kochi.
