    Pallichattambi - SonyLIV
    Tovino Thomas headlines this week's biggest Malayalam OTT release with Pallichattambi, which begins streaming on SonyLIV on July 24, 2026. Directed by Dijo Jose Antony, the period action drama will be available in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada.

    The film follows Krishna Pillai, an orphan who survives a brutal attack as a child and is raised by both Christian and Hindu families. As he grows older, he takes on the identity of Pothan Christopher and becomes the Church's protector. However, his journey takes a turn when he begins to understand the struggles of ordinary villagers. When a powerful feudal landlord returns to seize their land, Krishna Pillai unites the community for a decisive battle.


    Apart from Tovino Thomas, the film stars Kayadu Lohar, Shatru, Vijayaraghavan, Siddique, Baburaj, Nibraz Noushad, TG Ravi and Johny Antony. Prithviraj Sukumaran also makes a special cameo appearance.



    Con City (Malayalam-dubbed) - Netflix
    The Malayalam-dubbed version of Con City starts streaming on Netflix on July 24, 2026. Directed by Harish Durairaj, the comedy stars Arjun Das, Anna Ben, Yogi Babu, Vadivukkarasi, Akhilan, Sakshi Vaidya, Nanda Gopal, VTV Ganesh and Dheepa Ramanujam.

    The story revolves around Saravanan, Mithra, Jackie and Janaki, who pretend to be an ordinary middle-class family while running a small hotel in Karnataka. Their peaceful life changes overnight after Jeeva, a differently abled boy they care for, is kidnapped. As they search for him, long-hidden secrets come to light, revealing that every member of the family has a troubled past. To save Jeeva, they reunite for one final con, leading to a series of humorous and thrilling twists.

    Triple Decker - ManoramaMAX
    Indie dark comedy Triple Decker is heading straight to ManoramaMAX on July 24, 2026. The film is directed by Krishnanunni Mangalath and stars Akhil Sreekumaran, Vaishnavi and Gowri Kutty in the lead roles.

    The story centres on a delivery agent who is deeply in love and is willing to go to extreme lengths for the woman he loves. What begins as a simple plan soon spirals into a chain of unexpected and chaotic situations, mixing humour with suspense. Fans of offbeat Malayalam cinema may find this one worth checking out.

    Secret of Kalinga - SunNXT
    If horror mixed with mystery and comedy is your favourite genre, Secret of Kalinga could be your weekend pick. The film premieres on SunNXT on July 24, 2026. Directed by Saneesh Unnikrishnan, the film features Dhyan Sreenivasan, Althaf Salim, Riyaz Khan, Nithin Parameswar, Malavika Menon and Mareena Michael Kurisingal.

    The story unfolds at a college built on ancient Kalinga land. During New Year's Eve celebrations, students unknowingly open a sealed well, setting off a chain of mysterious incidents connected to an ancient kingdom and a rare blood moon eclipse. As strange events unfold, they are forced to uncover the truth behind a long-buried secret.
