Former NFL defensive end Marcellus Wiley was arrested by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office in Florida on Saturday on charges of domestic violence.

    According to the arrest affidavit, Wiley's wife, Annemarie, called the police after an alleged altercation at the World Marriott. She reportedly told the police that the former NFL star threatened her life in front of their three children in the hotel room.

    Following his arrest, Annemarie has filed for divorce and has requested a restraining order against Wiley. According to a Los Angeles court filing, she alleged that Wiley raped and assaulted her during their marriage. She also accused the former NFL star of borrowing $100,000 from her.

    Annemarie, a former full-time cast member on Season 13 of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” has also requested custody of their three children after Wiley's arrest.

    Marcellus Wiley denied the physical assault charges and said he was taking care of his children in the hotel room. He denied the allegations from his wife in an X post on Monday.

    The former Cowboys defensive end was accused of sexual assault by four women in May, according to a story by Rolling Stone. He denied those allegations on his podcast.
