The Netherlands was awarded the Fair Play Award in FIFA World Cup 2026.
At the World Cup, the Fair Play award is presented to the team which displays exemplary fair-play behaviour and boasts the best disciplinary record.
The Dutch were eliminated in the Round of 32 by Morocco after a penalty shootout. They had qualified for the knockouts by topping Group F.

From four games, Netherlands’ players were shown only three yellow cards and no reds.
This is Netherlands’ first-ever Fair Play Award at the World Cup. Brazil is the most successful team in this regards, having won the title four times.
