Owners of the lands acquired for the 948A Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR) Project in Hosur and Denkanikottai blocks, who are yet to receive compensation, have been asked to approach the authorised authority in Hosur.

Lands were acquired in S.Thoranapalli, Mornapalli, Alur, Mugalur, Thorapalli Agraharam, Muduganapalli, Attur Muthali, Muthali, Gobanapalli, Thumbanapalli, Nandimangalam, Attur Badudepalli, Mallasandiram, Pattavarapalli, Alasapalli, Badudepalli, Karupalli, Paathamuthali, Devirapalli, Osapuram, Kudumarapalli, and Bairamangalam for the project.

Under the Government Order 121 of the National Highways and Minor Ports Department, 2018, the District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition) is empowered to disburse the compensation for the lands acquired. Compensation can be claimed on all working days at the DRO’s office located at no. 39/8, second floor, building adjacent to the EB office on Rayakottai Road in Hosur, District Collector C. Dinesh Kumar has said.
