Passives in the game are found across Tiers, from 1 to 4, with a fifth rainbow one being added in 1.0. We'll take a look at the best of the bunch, sorting them from S to B ranks. Note that this list includes both the new Passive Skills and older ones.

S-tier

The cream of the crop, these are must-haves for any player, no matter the builds they are utilizing. They often boast the most effective stats of any other passive skill in the game with little to no drawbacks.

A-tier

These are strong skills, though a tad less effective than S-rank Passives. Some have negatives, but their usefulness far outweighs the cons in practice.

B-tier

These skills are good, working well up to the mid-game across a range of builds

C-tier

These skills are decent to have during the early game, though outclassed quickly by other tiers or fall off later on.
