Elina Svitolina enjoyed a relaxing getaway to an undisclosed seaside location. During the scenic getaway, the Ukrainian WTA star posed in blue and black bikinis. The 31-year-old also shared a few other cherished moments from her experience as she aims to bounce back to form at this year's Mubadala DC Open in Washington after a disappointing Wimbledon campaign.
On Monday, July 27, Svitolina took to her Instagram and shared a carousel post, which featured ten pictures. In one of the pictures, the former World No. 3 and 20-time WTA Tour-level titlist struck an elegant pose sporting a blue bikini as well as a hat. In another one, she paired another hat, this time with a black bikini. The Ukrainian captioned the carousel post:

Svitolina was most recently in action at the 2026 Wimbledon Championships. Having entered the grass major on the back of quarterfinal finishes in Berlin and Bad Homburg, the Ukrainian was widely expected to muster a deep run at SW19. Shockingly though, her campaign was put to the sword in the very first round by compatriot Daria Snigur, who produced one of the upsets of the tournament by defeating the No. 8 seed in straight sets.
Up next for Svitolina is the 2026 Mubadala DC Open, where she has received a first-round bye.
Elina Svitolina is the No. 2 seed in the women's singles main draw of the 2026 Mubadala DC Open. As the second seed, the Ukrainian has received a first-round bye at the tournament and will get her campaign underway directly in the second round, with her second-round opponent being the winner of the first-round match between Cristina Bucsa of Spain and Polina Kudermetova of Uzbekistan.
Svitolina leads the head-to-head with Bucsa 1-0, having previously defeated the Spaniard in straight sets earlier this year at the Australian Open. The Ukrainian though, is yet to play against Kudermetova in a competitive meeting. This year's edition of the WTA 500 tournament in Washington is set to mark Svitolina's second appearance at the event. She previously competed in the tournament in 2003 and reached the quarterfinals.
Overall, Elina Svitolina, currently ranked World No. 10 in the WTA Tour's singles rankings, has a 35-10 win-loss record so far this season, during which she has already won two titles; the ASB Classic and the Italian Open.
