To help complainants get information regarding the status of their complaints, the Kurukshetra police have come out with an initiative ‘Aapka Case, Aapki Jaankari’.

According to the Kurukshetra police spokesperson, initiative ‘Aapka Case, Aapki Jaankari’ initiative is being launched with an aim to improve coordination and trust between the public and the police. As per the directions issued, all the investigating officers across the district will remain present from 10 am to 6 pm at their respective police stations and police posts every Saturday. It will help the complainants obtain information regarding their cases directly from the officers concerned.

Efforts would be made to resolve the issues regarding the complaint or investigation on the spot. The objective is to bring transparency to police functioning and ensure accountability among police personnel.
