District Collector Vishu Mahajan inaugurated the population census self enumeration help desk on the Collectorate premises here on Wednesday.

As the self enumeration, the first part of the population census, is going on since July 17, the help desk has been opened on the District Collectorate premises to clarify the doubts of the public pertaining to the population census and help them in uploading the details.

After inaugurating the self enumeration help desk, Mr. Vishu Mahajan also launched the awareness signature campaign and opened the ‘selfie point’.

The Collector said every family should upload the details via https://se.census.gov.in as part of the self enumeration by July 31 and get the 12-digit self enumeration ID, which should be shared with the enumerators as they visit the families for population census, the Collector said.
