LeBron James and Drake have been in a beef for about two years now. The four-time NBA champ was once close friends with the rapper, but their relationship deteriorated after James was seen at a Kendrick Lamar concert during the height of Drake's beef with Lamar in June 2024.
On May 15, Drake took the music industry by storm as he dropped three albums at once: "Iceman," "Maid of Honor" and "Habibti." In one of the songs, "Make Them Remember" from the "Iceman" album, the rapper dissed LeBron James.
LeBron James kept his silence on the diss as he expressed public support for Jay-Z, who dissed Drake during his performance at the Roots Picnic in Philadelphia on May 31.
