Saicon Consultants, Inc., a U.S.-based technology services company, acquired Nagpur-based Pragmatyc Group Private Limited on Wednesday (July 8, 2026).

The acquisition follows Saicon’s recent acquisitions of SilverSearch in the United States and Valethi Technologies, also based in Nagpur. Pragmatyc Group specialises in Artificial Intelligence (AI), AIoT, intelligent automation, and digital engineering solutions.

The latest acquisition is aimed to strengthen Saicon’s capabilities in AI and IoT, enabling the company to help enterprises connect physical operations, enterprise data, and AI-driven intelligence to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and business performance.
