Toronto Tempo star Marina Mabrey did not like what New York Liberty guard Betnijah Laney-Hamilton did on Sunday. During a close game, Liberty center Jonquel Jones lost her shoe, and it was left on the other side of the floor.

    During a break in the game, Laney-Hamilton threw the shoe, and it hit Mabrey's back. The Tempo star did not appreciate it, and she had to be held back by Sabrina Ionescu. Later, the officials reviewed the play and thought that the Liberty guard deserved the rightful punishment.
