Pro Bowl wide receiver Stefon Diggs is without a team in the offseason after he was released by the New England Patriots following the Super Bowl loss against the Seattle Seahawks.

While Diggs is looking for a new team, the former Patriots wide receiver has been in the news due to the sexual assault accusations from social media personality Christopher Griffith.

In an exclusive interview with TMZ, Griffith reacted to Diggs' ex-girlfriend, Cardi B, who welcomed a child with him last year, coming to the NFL wide receiver's defense.

Diggs has denied the allegations of drugging or sexually assaulting Griffith. The former Patriots wide receiver also filed a defamation lawsuit against Griffith in October 2025.

Griffith also called out Diggs for accusing him of lying about the allegations.

Although Stefon Diggs has been surrounded by off-field controversy since being released by the Patriots, NFL insider Mike Florio reported that five teams have "checked in" on the veteran Pro Bowler.

He caught 85 passes for 1,013 yards and four touchdowns in his only season with the Patriots in 2025. It was his seventh season with more than 1000 receiving yards.
