A high-level delegation from Singapore visited the Real Time Governance Society (RTGS) on Tuesday and toured its Command and Control Centre at the Andhra Pradesh Secretariat.
The delegation, led by Tan Eng Pheng, Assistant Chief Executive of the Singapore Government’s Technology Division, was received by RTGS officials, who briefed the visitors on the organisation’s role in promoting technology-driven governance in the State.
The officials showcased Andhra Pradesh’s data-driven governance ecosystem, highlighting digital platforms such as the Data Lake, Data Lens and other integrated systems that support evidence-based decision-making and improve public service delivery.
The Singapore delegation shared its experience in using data and digital technologies to strengthen governance, enhance citizen services and improve administrative efficiency. The interaction also provided an opportunity for both sides to exchange best practices in digital governance.
RTGS Chief Executive Officer Prakhar Jain, Deputy Chief Executive Officer M. Madhuri, Executive Assistants P. Sreekhar and K. Chaitanya, along with other senior officials, participated in the meeting, according to a press release.
