Brock Lesnar's plans for tonight's episode of WWE RAW have been revealed. This week's edition of the red brand will air live from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.
The Beast Incarnate is scheduled to appear on tonight's episode of WWE RAW ahead of his massive match against Oba Femi at SummerSlam. According to Cory Hays of False Finish, Lesnar will be kicking off tonight's show.
Oba Femi demolished Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 42. After the match, Lesnar took off his boots and gloves and made it seem like he was going to retire from in-ring competition. However, he returned following The Show of Shows and attacked Femi. They squared off again at Clash in Italy, and this time Lesnar emerged victorious.
Femi defeated Jey Uso in the finals of the King of the Ring tournament at Night of Champions and earned a title shot at SummerSlam as a result of the victory. However, he declined the title match and will instead face Lesnar in a Hell in a Cell match at SummerSlam.
Wrestling legend Vince Russo recently suggested that Brock Lesnar may have refused to be retired by Gunther.
Speaking on his YouTube channel, Russo stated that Lesnar could have turned down being retired by The Ring General because the company didn't capitalize on his momentum. Gunther has retired Goldberg, AJ Styles, and John Cena in recent months and is now in a rivalry with SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis.
It will be fascinating to see what the 49-year-old has to say tonight on WWE RAW.
