Spooky in Love is a horror-comedy-romance-fantasy series. The drama airs every Saturday and Sunday at 9:10 pm KST on tvN and is available on Netflix simultaneously. It follows Cheon Yeo-ri and Ma Gang-uk. The lead cast features Park Eun-bin as Cheon Yeo-ri, Yang Se-jong as Ma Gang-uk, and Ong Seong-wu as Kang Min-hwan.
Spooky in Love episodes 5 and 6 will air on August 1 and August 2, 2026, respectively, at 9:10 pm KST on tvN. Netflix will make them available worldwide a few hours after the Korean broadcast.
The preview shows reporters gathering outside the Raina Hotel after reports that Gang-uk is allegedly dead. Yeo-ri becomes the focus of media attention as Min-hwan steps in to protect her and escorts her into the company building away from the reporters.
Dating rumors between Yeo-ri and Min-hwan begin circulating after the two are seen attending an event together. There is still no confirmation of Gang-uk's status. Ha-ri confronts Yeo-ri amid growing jealousy and later approaches Min-hwan to reveal Yeo-ri's ability to see ghosts. Min-hwan shows no strong reaction to the information.
The preview also depicts Yeo-ri rushing to a scene where she encounters a mysterious man. The two engage in a physical fight. Yeo-ri initially gains the upper hand before the man grabs her leg and throws her to the ground.
It seems Yeo-ri's secret might come into public light soon, or a miracle might save her.
Episodes 3 and 4 were released on July 25 and 26, 2026.
In Spooky in Love episode 3, police recover Da-mi’s body after Yeo-ri and Gang-uk fell into the sea. A flashback shows Jung Hae-na pushed her. Yeo-ri hands over the phone and the spirit departs. Yeo-ri’s grandmother orders her to marry Min-hwan within two months or face the inheritance decision. Gang-uk is removed from the Seung-jae case.
At a bar, intoxicated Yeo-ri removes her gloves and tears Gang-uk's shirt. He later returns the gloves and accidentally touches her bare hand. Both then see a child spirit that follows Gang-uk home.
In Spooky in Love episode 4, the child spirit leads them to rescue a young girl before departing. Yeo-ri explains her ability started after a college yacht accident and that her power transfers for at least a month to whoever she touches. A female ghost begins following Gang-uk.
Seung-jae is released and, with Ha-ri, plans against Yeo-ri. He abducts her to force proof of her ability. Gang-uk arrives to help her escape but is hit by Seung-jae's car. The episode ends with Gang-uk likely appearing as a ghost to Yeo-ri outside the hospital.
