Kolkata: The expanding sphere of West Asian crisis has pushed the Indian stock market in the red at close for the fourth consecutive trading session. At the end of the session on July 23, Sensex fell by 363.66 points or 0.47% to close at 76,391.39. At the same time, Nifty closed at 23,869.60 with a decline of 126.65 points or 0.53%. During this time, 1,569 stocks rose, 2,479 stocks declined, while 155 stocks closed unchanged. Today several prominent companies will announce their Q1FY27 results. These stocks can be in focus due to quarterly results as well as other developments.

    On July 24 several prominent companies will announce Q1 results. These include ACC, Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, CG Power and Industrial Solutions, Aaron Industries, Arihant Capital Markets and Automotive Stampings and Assemblies. The market will keep a close eye on the results of these companies, as this will give an indication of their business, profits and future outlook.

    InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo): The leader of the Indian skies posted consolidated loss of Rs 238 crore in the June quarter. The company had earned a profit of Rs 2,176 crore in the same quarter last year. Higher aviation fuel prices, rupee weakness and tensions in West Asia affected the company’s performance in the first quarter of FY27. However, it recorded good growth in revenue.

    Infosys: The country’s second biggest IT company Infosys has cut its revenue growth estimate for FY27. Now the company expects revenue growth of 1.5% to 3% in the entire FY27. Earlier this estimate was 1.5% to 3.5%. The market was already expecting a cut of 0.5 percent in the upper limit. The company has also announced a CEO-designate who will take over on April 1, 2027.

    Coforge: Coforge has launched a new artificial intelligence (AI) operating system called Nuuron. This platform will work to connect the company’s existing AI tools and platforms under a single system, thereby providing better solutions to enterprise customers.

    Suryoday Small Finance Bank: Suryoday Small Finance Bank has posted excellent results in the June quarter. The company’s net profit jumped by 114% YoY to reach Rs 75 crore, which was Rs 35 crore in the same quarter last year.

    Motilal Oswal Financial Services: Motilal Oswal Financial Services’ operational profit rose 14.04% to reach Rs 609 crore in the June quarter. It was Rs 534 crore in the same quarter a year ago.

    Cyient: The company posted strong results in the June quarter. The consolidated net profit of the company increased by 90% compared to the previous quarter and reached Rs 104 crore. In the March quarter (Q4FY26), the company had earned a profit of Rs 55 crore.

    Sona BLW Precision Forgings: Auto component maker Sona BLW Precision Forgings’ consolidated net profit surged 46.7% YoY to Rs 178.5 crore in the June quarter. The profit of the company in the same quarter last year was Rs 122 crore.
