WWE RAW before Saturday Night's Main Event featured a major physical altercation. IYO SKY went one-on-one with Roxanne Perez and, despite winning, suffered a vicious post-match beatdown at the hands of The Judgment Day.
The 2026 Queen of the Ring used tonight's match to build momentum heading into her SummerSlam Women’s World Championship match against Liv Morgan. The match was deeply personal, as last week Roxanne Perez and Morgan had tried to help their Judgment Day stablemate, Raquel Rodriguez, win the Women's Intercontinental Championship. IYO SKY interfered, taking out both women and allowing Sol Ruca to retain her title. This match was Perez's chance at revenge.
This week's bout started with a standard collar-and-elbow tie-up before escalating quickly. SKY gained early momentum with a basement dropkick, sending Perez to the outside. The Prodigy countered a suicide dive attempt with a stiff right hand and dropped SKY onto the apron. A distraction from The Judgment Day allowed Perez to take control. She viciously slammed SKY’s leg into the steel steps and focused her offense on the injured limb.
Despite dealing with heavy interference from the faction at ringside, SKY fought back with a missile dropkick and a butterfly backbreaker. Perez nearly locked in the win with a half-crab submission on the injured limb, but The Genius of the Sky showed her resilience.
In the closing moments, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez climbed the apron to cause a distraction. SKY outsmarted the group, rolling up The Prodigy to sneak out a hard-fought victory.
However, the celebration was cut short. Immediately after the bell, a furious Liv Morgan stormed the ring to attack SKY. The Queen of the Ring briefly defended herself, leveling WWE Women's World Champion with a sharp kick to the head. However, Raquel Rodriguez blindsided SKY from behind before she could capitalize.
Sol Ruca rushed down the ramp to save SKY, taking out Perez with a running knee and hitting Big Mami Cool with a thrust kick. Ruca's attempts were short-lived, as Rodriguez overpowered her and sent her crashing shoulder-first into the steel ringside barricade.
With Ruca incapacitated, Rodriguez and Perez dragged SKY back into the ring and held her down. This allowed Liv Morgan to stand over her WWE SummerSlam challenger and brutally strike her across the head with the Women's World Championship belt, leaving SKY unconscious.
The Judgment Day stood tall over SKY despite the latter winning. It now remains to be seen what's next in this rivalry on WWE RAW.
