NFL free agent Tyreek Hill offered an update on his physical condition on Wednesday, as he continues his recovery from a torn ACL and dislocated left knee. The former Miami Dolphins wideout said in an Instagram post that he "feels good" but isn't ready to reveal a timetable on when he might be able to play.
However, analyst Emmanuel Acho has offered some concerning news regarding Hill's condition.

Hill suffered a gruesome leg injury against the New York Jets on Sept. 29. He was ruled out for the rest of the season.
The Dolphins released Hill earlier this offseason.

The Kansas City Chiefs drafted Tyreek Hill in the fifth round of the 2016 NFL draft. He helped them win the Super Bowl in 2020.
Hill was traded to the Dolphins in the 2022 offseason. He played three seasons with them.
Hill, an eight-time Pro Bowler, is considered one of the best free agents on the market. However, it remains to be seen if he will be healthy enough to find a team for the 2026 season.
