"Coach Prime" has spoken up on not being seen in the virtual front soon.

On Thursday, Electronic Arts will release EA Sports College Football 27, the latest installment in the video game franchise and the third since its revival in 2024. Interestingly, even though the Colorado Buffaloes are among the many playable teams, head coach Deion Sanders's likeness is not included.

During the Big XII's media availability on Tuesday, he addressed it as follows:

Interestingly, however, while Sanders' coaching likeness is absent, his playing likeness is.

"Road to Glory" allows gamers to create their own characters and play them through high school and college. One of the templates they can choose at cornerback is Sanders from when he played for the Florida State Seminoles (second image in the post below):

In the same media appearance, Deion Sanders shared his thoughts on becoming a head coach during the Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) era.

That period has seen student-athletes in all sorts of sports, like "Coach Prime"'s sons Shedeur and Shilo and Travis Hunter, earn millions in endorsements and other streams of revenue while remaining eligible. On Tuesday, Sanders revealed what he learned about his experience:

    He continued:
