EA Sports College Football 27 launched without many of the sport’s most recognizable figureheads, including the North Carolina Tar Heels' coach, Bill Belichick, the Miami Hurricanes' coach, Mario Cristobal, the Iowa Hawkeyes' coach, Kirk Ferentz and the North Texas Mean Green coach, Neal Brown.
