NFL insider Ian Rapoport offered a big update on Aaron Donald on Thursday. The reporter claimed that the former NFL defensive end could un-retire and return to the LA Rams for a second stint for the 2026 season.
However, OutKick analyst Bobby Burack feels that Donald's potential return to the Rams is not a good look for the NFL.

The Rams made a big addition to their defense in the offseason when they acquired Myles Garrett from the Cleveland Browns. Many believe that they are going all out to win the Super Bowl next season.

The Rams took Aaron Donald with the No. 13 pick in the 2014 NFL draft. He played with the franchise for 10 seasons, earning a Pro Bowl in each season.
Donald played a key role in helping the Rams win the Super Bowl in 2022. He also won the Defensive Player of the Year three times.
Donald retired in March 2024. He has not played in the past two seasons, but there is talk of the DE potentially returning to the league given his physicality and conditioning.
